Culver’s is a fast-food restaurant company that is privately owned and operated in the Midwestern United States. It all started back in 1984 when Craig and Lea Culver opened the very first Culver’s along with the parents George and Ruth in the beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin.
The family didn’t know that after some years this restaurant will turn into a big brand. George Culver, the son of a cheesemaker and grandson of a Wisconsin farmer, spent the early part of his career inspecting and grading the dairy farms of Wisconsin Dairies Cooperative.
The year was 1961 when George and Ruth got the opportunity for buying their first-ever restaurant.Both didn’t have any professional or formal training but Ruth’s warm hospitality and George’s natural skill of kitchen command went really well. These two were enough to start the business. The growing kids started as waiters and learners of how to make delicious food with passion and dedication. Thenthe Culver’s family team became the model of many successful restaurants.
