In order to participate in the Talk to Hannaford Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes program, you must be an eligible individual and comply with the contest rules such as
- Must be a legal resident of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, or Vermont
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawing entry.
- Must not be an employee of Hannaford Bros Co., and its parents, affiliates, members, and subsidiaries and agencies and their immediate family members and the person living in the same household.
- We need to visit a participating Hannaford retail location and make a purchase of any amount to receive a specially-marked cash register receipt with a survey invitation printed on it.
- Complete the survey within 5 days from the cash register receipt date to be eligible for the survey sweepstakes.
Talk to Hannaford Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes Entry
Two ways are available to enter the Hannaford Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes: Online Survey and Alternate Method of Entry by Mail. Here is a brief guide provided for both of them. Choose the one according to your preference and convenience.
- Have the survey invitation receipt handy and visit the official Hannaford Survey webpage at www.talktohannaford.com.
- Click on the arrow button at the lower right of the page.
- Enter the PIN located on the bottom of your Hannaford receipt in the provided space (Look at the sample receipt image above the entry field if you cannot find the number on your receipt)
- Click the arrow button again to begin the survey.
- Rate your satisfaction and complete the survey in its entirety.
- Fill out the sweepstakes entry form at the end of the survey and submit to be entered into the drawing for the applicable Monthly Entry Period.
To enter the Talk to Hannaford Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes without purchasing at a Hannaford store and without taking any survey, you can use the Alternate Method of Entry. For that, you will need to legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number including area code, date of birth and email address on a plain 3” × 5” piece of paper and mail it in a business-size envelope to the following address.

A Few Important Notes on Hannaford Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes
- Prizes will not be fulfilled outside of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont and where prohibited.
- Sweepstakes entry is limited of 5 per person or per household for an entry period regardless of entry method. And there is a limit of one prize per entrant/ household per entry period
- Each online survey entry code can be used for one-time entry to the sweepstakes. Submission without a code will not be eligible to enter the contest.
- All mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the dates outlined for a Sweepstakes Entry Period.
- Each envelope is considered one entry. A total of 5 envelopes for each Entry Period of the Sweepstakes is accepted.
- A random drawing will be conducted on or about 12th of each monthly period to select 5 winners
- The winners will be contacted by phone, email or mail within 2 days after the drawing and they will be required to respond with proper documents within 7 days of notification receipt to claim the prize.
